If you choose to use the online functions of MissionX VR you give your consent that your user name is displayed in the leaderboards provided by Holomia and that your movement data are transmitted to the user(s) who want to complete your achievements. In that case, the scope of the transmitted data is always restricted to the necessary minimum. Any service providers that come in contact with your personal data are required to comply with the same relevant data protection regulations. Upon request we may provide copies of relevant contracts unless it is prohibited by contractual obligations and/or applicable law.

Our Software servers are run by our hosting providers and your personal data is stored in Hanoi, Vietnam.

For as long as you own and can use MissionX VR we will store your data.
